- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I currently rent from Gull Isle Realty and they are the best. Any problems that may occur Derrick or Amanda both handle it with haste and you can tell they just want their tenants to be happy. Every time I go to the office to pay rent I feel like I'm walking out of a friends because I leave laughing. If there was one thing I could say negative about Gull Isle is only the no pets aspect, but other than that they are the best realty company I have ever dealt with.
